General Information 1.1 Welcome to https://norelle.in (the “Website”), owned and operated by Norelle. 1.2 By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 1.3 Norelle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Website.

2. User Account & Information 2.1 You agree that all personal information (name, email, address, phone) provided during checkout is accurate. 2.2 Norelle reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in fraudulent activity.

3. Products & Availability 3.1 All apparel products are subject to availability. 3.2 Slight variations in color/shade may occur due to digital screen settings or batch variations. 3.3 If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payments 4.1 Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices without notice (excluding confirmed orders). 4.2 We accept: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. 4.3 All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Norelle is not responsible for gateway technical errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery 5.1 Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. 5.2 Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on the location. 5.3 Tracking details will be shared via Email/SMS once the order is shipped.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges 6.1 Cancellation: Possible only before the order is dispatched. 6.2 Returns/Exchanges: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. 6.3 Mandatory Requirement: To claim damages or missing items, an Unboxing Video is mandatory. Without a clear video, requests may be declined. 6.4 Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All designs, logos, and images on norelle.in are the property of Norelle. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 Norelle is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

9. Governing Law 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
