Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds

  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in case of a size or defect issue, within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.

  • We may decline exchanges if:
    • The product has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
    • The item is returned without its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send clear photos and your order details to norelle.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will verify the issue and arrange a reverse pickup or replacement if applicable.

Return Shipping & Packaging

  • Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Reverse pickup or re-delivery fees (₹100–₹250) are to be borne by the customer.

  • Returns without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
