Order & Payment

  • How do I place my order? Browse the products, choose your size if needed, click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to Checkout. You can log in or continue as a guest, fill your shipping details, and make payment to place the order.

  • How will I know my order is placed successfully? You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and ID. Later, you’ll get another email once your order is shipped.

  • What if my payment fails but money is deducted? Check your bank account first. Usually, the amount gets reversed within 7-10 business days. For help, contact us at norelle.hello@gmail.com.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How do I receive my order? Your order will be delivered to your address via a trusted courier service in 4–12 business days (depending on location). The items arrive in sealed packages.

  • How long will delivery take? In metro cities, delivery often happens in 7–8 business days; for other areas, 10–12 days. During peak seasons or unforeseen delays, it may take longer.

  • What if my order is undeliverable? If the courier cannot deliver and returns the package, we’ll reship the order. For prepaid orders, you don’t lose your order — we’ll arrange delivery again.

Order Tracking & Changes

  • How should I check my order status? Log in to your account → go to “My Orders” or “Track Order.” You can also use the “Track Order” link and enter your order ID to see updates.

  • Can I cancel or amend my order? Changes (address, product, etc.) can’t be made once processing starts. But you may cancel within a small grace period if the “Cancel Order” button is visible in your account. If not, contact support via norelle.hello@gmail.com.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • What is the exchange policy? You can exchange items if they’re the wrong size and within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays for reverse shipping and re-delivery (for instance ₹100–₹250). Items worn, washed, or soiled may be refused.

  • What is the refund policy for prepaid orders? If the order is canceled before shipping, refunds are processed to your original payment source and typically reflect in 7-10 business days.
