1. Order Processing

  • Timeframe: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with your unique tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 4–12 business days, depending on your location.

  • Metro Cities: Usually receive orders within 7–8 business days.

  • Other Regions: May take 10–12 business days.

3. Shipping & Payment Charges

We offer transparent shipping rates based on your payment method:

  • Online Payments (Prepaid): A flat shipping fee of ₹33 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹33 + a COD service fee of ₹50 (Total ₹83) applies.

  • Free Shipping: Premium Quality Assured on all orders above ₹2,000/-. (Note: Free shipping applies to the shipping fee; COD service fees may still apply).

4. Order Tracking

  • Track Online: Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package in real-time.

  • Account Status: You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the “My Orders” section.

5. Undeliverable Orders

  • Reshipping: If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts and it is returned to us, we will coordinate with you to reship it.

  • Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders remain valid. We will reach out to verify the address and arrange delivery again. (Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment if the original address provided was incorrect).
